Joining HB in 2002, Sherri is a vital member of the HB DESIGN team and is responsible for various aspects of HB's business processes. As the accounts manager, she ensures that all proposals, orders, and invoices are presented clearly and accurately for our clients. Sherri also works closely with our designers as a procurement specialist, managing all aspects of our projects' furnishing and decorative elements.
Sherri's meticulous attention to detail serves as the backbone of our internal and external business procedures, making her a key component in the success of our projects. Her ability to manage and oversee the completion stage of furniture and decoration installations ensures the flawless execution of each project in a simple, stress-free and timely manner. As the Design Studio manager, Shannon is responsible for ensuring all projects are executed with precision throughout each stage of the design process. Her organized and professional approach to designing and managing ensures that all technical packages are completed on time and in accordance with HB's stringent standards.

Carrie is a talented and dedicated designer at HB DESIGN, joining our team in 2018 after graduating from BCIT with a Residential Certificate and an Interior Design Diploma. Her genuine and warm demeanour brings a client-centric approach to each of her projects, ensuring that our client's needs are understood and reflected in the final design.
Carrie has a superior eye for selecting finishes and furnishings and enjoys the process of creating detailed drawing packages for our clients and contractors. She is skilled in creating design packages that are both functional and beautiful, resulting in a final product that is truly reflective of our client's style and needs.
Carrie is currently on parental leave until January 2024.

Lauren is a promising newcomer to the HB DESIGN team. She joined us in 2021 after earning her Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business. Her main focus pertains to HB's internal operations with the goal of helping the team and our clients achieve project goals in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.
Currently, she is a part-time student in the Interior Design program at BCIT and is discovering her passion for design. She plans to bring more of her business background and new design knowledge to HB after completing her degree in the fall of 2023.
