DESIGN SERVICES

  • Our experience and focus lie in custom homes and complex renovations. This includes design development, construction drawings, specification packages, and project management. We take you from start to finish.

    Complicated and detailed projects are our specialty.

  • This involves planning, selecting, procuring, and installing furniture and accessories. We work with many trades and have secured accounts to provide bespoke curated interior decoration.

  • We also provide consultation on architectural updates, including exterior finishes and/or renovation projects. Sometimes all a client needs is a little advice - we are happy to help and base our fees hourly on such requests.

 
 
 

WORKING WITH US

  • Email or call us. We will begin by asking a few questions about your project, followed by sending you more information about our company and how we can help you. After the preliminary review of our business processes, an in-office consultation with one of our designers can be arranged.

  • We offer a free 30-minute consultation at our office to review and discuss your project. During this initial meeting, we will walk you through our process, discuss timelines and deliverables, and discuss fees and service packages.

  • Running a professional practice is important to us.

    We provide our clients with a detailed proposal and contract that articulates the terms of our agreement. Upon mutual agreement, we request a retainer to be held until the completion of the project and share our excitement with you to get started on your project!

  • Our contract and proposal describe our design process in a step-by-step breakdown. We begin with the design development, and upon approval of the design direction, we proceed with the documents and specifications to be issued for construction. Project management during the construction phase ensures the design intent is implemented properly, followed by the furniture, fabrics, and decoration stage to complete your home.

    We assist you from start to finish, and our goal is to simplify the process to create an enjoyable experience.
