Perched on the edge of one of Maui's most picturesque beaches, this luxurious villa underwent a meticulous renovation by our team at HB Design. Having had the pleasure of working closely with these very special clients on multiple of their projects, we were thrilled when they approached us with this project. From the outset, they specified their intentions of a space exuding a refreshed aesthetic, complementing the breathtaking oceanfront setting. Despite the constraints of a strict construction window and budget, we artfully transformed key areas of the villa, including the kitchen and powder room. We worked with the existing rich mahogany tones and infused them with sleek lacquered cabinetry, tropical tile accents, and a stunning quartz island - creating a modern and sophisticated tropical ambiance. The furnishings and fabrics were carefully curated to evoke the rich earth tones, lush greens, and warm hues of a Maui sunset. We managed every aspect of this project, from concept to completion, including shipping and installation of all decorative elements, resulting in a vacation retreat that truly captures the essence of paradise.
